Identification: Daisy’s are rarely mistaken from other plants however there are five species in Washington. The method of identifying the Oxeye is to look at the stems which have thin “lettuce-like” leafs on it. Other variations are strikingly different concerning the stem of the plant. This is an introduced plant and thus is not considered a native species to Washington.
