I learned a few tricks from a park ranger to eliminate the &quot;wild&quot; flavor in the meat. It&#039;s a lot of work but completely worth it. Either it works like a charm or the deer are eating something in this area that make them taste very much like beef without all the fat.</description>

Did you know that when you cook a venison roast simply add a pork roast to cook along with it and you will inhance the flavor and help keep the venison moist,just season to your taste and enjoy. Dont over cook use a thermometer when the pork is done your venison will also be done.</description>
