Cedar waxwing (Bombycilla cedrorum)

Location; Nancy Creek Rd Kettle Falls Washington

Location; Orient Washington
Information; Cornell’s page on Cedar waxwing’s
Identification: My first sighting consisted of a bird on our lone cherry tree. Since they love to eat the pits out of a cherry this makes complete logical sense. This is a good indicator besides his (or her) very pastel but brilliant coloring. All I can personally say about this bird is once you’ve seen one you’ll never mistake it for another bird.
